What counts towards my Monthly Active Contact (MAC) limit?
A Contact is a person with an email address in one of your systems. Anonymous site visitors do not count as a Contact in Flywheel.
However, Flywheel doesn't charge based on the number of Contacts in your instance. Instead, we track the number of Monthly Active Contacts. A Monthly Active Contact is defined as a known Contact who has triggered an event within the last 30 days in your product, website, emails, or other channels integrated with Flywheel. This is slightly different than an Active User, which is often only considered active within your product.
A Passive contact event (such as a user receiving an email, getting a push notification, or opening an email) does not count towards the Active Contact number.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your plan whenever you’d like if you are on a monthly plan. You’ll then be downgraded to the free plan and Flywheel will only track your first 2,000 monthly active contacts.
